we have a boxer but the father of the litter cannot be traced as the owners have moved is there any way we can get the pedigree papers?

Hi Guest,

The owner of the litter's dam, as the breeder, should have the paper work - not the owner of the sire.  Don't you have contact details for the breeder?  Or was the puppy sold to you by the stud dog owner as his puppy in replacement of a stud fee?  Are you expecting to be provided with just a pedigree or actual KC registration forms?

Yours is a query difficult to advise on accurately without more details so you'd really be best to join the forum - it's free and simple to do - so that you can provide more info and therefore get more specific advice from lots of experienced dog owners.

Regards,  Teri :)
