I recently had my pembroke corgi,8 mos old spayed. She has been urinating uncontrollably ever since I brought her home. Has anyone else had this problem & if so what can I do about it?

Erinary Incontinence is often a side effect of spaying as the female Hormones help give muscle tone to the bladder.  This sounds way too soon for it to be that.  Could there have been damage caused during the operation to the bladder or supporting muscles?  I would certainly see the Vet to investigate the problem, and hope it can be sorted.  Had she had a season before being spayed?  Has she been prone to urine infections before?

She may just be extremely sore and irritated, you don't say how long it's been since she was spayed.   I think a call to the vet is in order.

There is also a possibilty that the vet damaged her internally.  Sometimes the bladder is positioned incorrectly and it's only on removing the womb that it becomes a problem.   However, you will only be able to tell if either is the case after she recovers from the surgery.
