Nope. Busby is just about hanging on for me to drag my dressing down on in time to open the door for his morning wee - don't want that all over my bed! Sparky wriggles about too much. The kids are desperate to let the dogs sleep with them - but you can imagine what will happen if they both go off to college in a few years can't you?

Yes! Its nice to have my fluffy Afghan cuddled up to me on these cold nights :D
Sarah
Mine sleep in their own beds in their own bedroom.. :)
I have 2 afghans on my bed! Entirely my choice, and they will sleep in their own beds without argument if I want them to. As I live alone most of the time (other half lives in New York), Its nice to have them there, I feel much more secure.

mine come upstairs with us in the morning at weekends - 2 danes, across the bed, with 2 people...there's not much quilt left LOL
Am I the only guilty one?!

:D
I have to admit both of ours USED to sleep IN my bed but now they'd much rather sleep in their own beds, with their blankets, in the kitchen-they whinge if you try and keep them upstairs!! They sometimes come upstairs in the morning to wake me up(send by my mam!)but they have a quick sniff around the room, see the rats then dash off back down to the fire!!! They even take themselves off to bed around 8/9 although Kay is asleep next to me at the mo, on the quilt my brother uses when he comes home!!sshh :D
I think I prefer it like this, and they seem happier!:)
no chance, kids and dogs are definatly out of bounds, but think people who let them on are kind of cute!
doesnt mean i love them any less though!

No mine are downstairs. No room on the bed with the cats already there anyhow :)

Abby sleeps in her bed in our room.
Mary

No - Just me & hubby & 3 cats in our bed. :-D

Mine can if they want to but rarely do
Anne

I have 4 rotties sleeping in my bedroom
2 sleep on the bed and 2 sleep in beds on the floor.
There isnt anymore room for anything else :)
I sleep in the dogs bed

At least they think it's their bed ;)
I had to let them in my room when I lived in my last house (horrible neighbours who complained all the time about the dogs moving) and they just started sleeping on my bed. As I was so depressed at the time I allowed them to stay. I'm thinking of moving them off, though, as the new one arrives here in a few weeks time (dog, not bed :) )and the thought of 3 dogs on the bed is a bit much. There's only so much room as it is :D
Mine are allowed in my room, and I let one of them on the bed, the other is too hairy! But at night they sleep downstairs. They use the stairs as a race track so too noisy at night time, especially when we get home after midnight from agility! :-)
I have 8 dogs that sleep on my bed...7 Cavaliers and one Chinese Crested ! But the larger dogs either sleep in dog beds in the bedroom or downstairs !

One does and one doesnt :)
I love staffy snuggles - even though they weigh a ton and snore :D
Definitely!!! Maddy (boxer) wakes me a couple of times a night pulling back the duvet to get under and snuggle right next to my belly, lovely water bottle. Taz (GSD) stays there for the start but he gets too hot so he goes in his cuddly crate with his fan on him, he's got a thick coat ya know!
Houdini sleeps in a crate in my room, so he can't. But Kieron has free run of the living room and my room at night, so she is allowed to sleep where ever she wants to. The past two nights actually, she has been sleeping on my bed. I think she likes it, I sure do. It's getting really, really cold here and to have a huge, warm and fuzzy Siberian husky curled up at your feet is sure nice and toasty. :D

All of ours are on the bed (occasionally more "in" the bed) with us - that's currently 3 ;) It got a bit cramped so we simply bought a bigger bed - moved onto an American super king size! Bedding is a bit more difficult to come by and rather pricey to buy too but saves on central heating overnight because we're ever so cozy with our furry friends snuggled up :D

My three sleep in the bedroom, but not on the bed.
lol @ all the 'nopes'
Yup mine do, ive got two mini schnauzers, they have their own beds but we always wake up in the morning with them sleeping with us - old man sleeps next to my husband and the pup (2yrs old now! :D) sleeps at my foot cuddling whatever cats have decided to sleep there too.
Whats strange is that i wouldnt have it any other way. I love sleeping next to the animals, especially when its cold and the pup wants to snooze under the duvet, its so comforting.
both mine do. Started off with good intentions ,no dogs upstairs etc but went to pot with my jrtx when he stayed with my mum whilst we were on holiday. When we got back he stayed on the stairs whinging half the night so gave in and hes been on the bed ever since. My staff Kizzi started off in the kitchen but as she got older and I could leave the door open at night the kids lured her upstairs and she found her way to my bed. She now goes to bed before I do and I have to shove her over when I go up because she is always lying right across the bed.

All of ours used to sleep in our bedroom and when we woke up all 4 would leap on the bed at once  it got a bit much so when we moved here we said no dogs upstairs BUT then Louis was the pup from hell and only settled when in a crate at night next to our bed and 2 years later he's still there - all the rest are downstairs though (they sleep on the sofas and the pups sleep in their crates !)

Nope not in/on our bed,but Spice starts off in hers downstairs. When we go down in the morning she is always curled up,fast asleep on my part of the settee

I tell her to move over and she pulls herself upright and throws her body sideways onto the other side of the settee, before stretching full length so I still can't sit down :D :D during the day though she will always go to her own bed for a nap?
Jacqueline :)
Both of mine are allowed on and in the bed. My theory is their lives are too short to deny them their simple pleasures. :)
Yep Glazby sleeps on the bed if he wants to. We have a sofa in the bedroom and so he has the choice of putting up with me fidgeting in bed (and boy does he huff and puff if I disturb him)!! or to curl up on the sofa - he tends to move between the two during the night.
I really like the feeling of him on the bed - he's all toasty and warm!! When OH goes to work early on a Saturday morning its then our cuddle time and he generally comes and lays his head on my shoulder whilst we have a nice doze!! :-)
Nope. Upstairs is out of bounds, it's bad enough trying to keep downstairs clean!

One of mine sleeps upstairs either on the bed or on the floor at the bottom of the bed. Sometimes when my OH is late home from Curling his position on the bed is well and truely taken up :D My girl looks at him as much as to say "what" when he asks her to move lol. I have to say she is usually very good tho, she waits until we are comfy and I say "come on then" before jumping up and proceeding to take up half the bed. The other 2 sleep downstairs in their beds, as they r both chewers and I would like to have a bed to sleep on even if I don't have a full sofa to sit on :D

We used to have 3 in the bedroom - one on the bed all night, one "off and on" as the mood took and one who just came up for the fist 20 mins or so. When we kept the last pup, we decided enough was enough - he stays in the kitchen in his own bed (couldnt trust him anywhere else!) and the "all nighter and off and onner" now stay in the living room, leaving us only with the one who doesnt stay on the bed long!
My staffy creeps in in the middle of the night! As soon as he hears me getting up to go to the loo hes up the stairs and under the covers! Crafty thing

mine can if they like.but only nellie does, flynn sometimes gets on about 5am,tara sleeps under the bed,but gets on for a cuddle & a biscuit in the mornings
No beds, no going upstairs and no getting on any furniture :-) :-)

I value my sleep so no, no beds. I couldn't stand the licking of bits, crunching of claws, scratching of the occasional body part, snoring, the growling and squeaking that comes from dreams and violently bad tripe breath in the morning :D
Oh and I dont allow the dogs in the bedroom either :D :D

Yup, two Cairns in the bed.
Abby sleeps on top of the duvet and Rudi I have to fight with to keep him from tunneling under the covers. My husband goes to bed much later than I do and the moment he gets into bed Rudi tunnels under the duvet next to him. I do not like it, but it's a losing battle. I used to keep Rudi in a crate in the bedroom, but he always woke up sometime between 6:15 and 6:30. Now, I wake up first and I just about have to light a firecracker under Rudi to get him to get up and go downstairs. Much better arrangement, I'm getting more sleep.
Stacey
NO WAY my ddb's snore far too loudly, they sleep in the hallway and kitchen even then there snoring is just too much to cope with, still love em though.
