A friend of mine wants to stud out her yellow lab dog. He only has one descended testicle, looks nothing like the labs i see in the ring and i feel his pedigree is not good enough (in terms of there being only 2 field trial champs, 3 show champs and the rest of the dogs in there dont have affixes applied).

However, she did bother to hip scor him, they came back 9/2 which i feel is too unbalanced.

How do i stop her from putting him to the first bitch whos owner mentions pups? I have tried telling her that there are enough labs in rescue as it is, the country is over run with the awful breed, but she just doesnt listen.

What can i do????

Tell her she's a fool whose legal bills will be enormous when she's sued!
