I have just had the most frustrating interview for a job ever! I had an informal one last week which went really well and I felt confident that I wanted the job,but at this 2nd formal interview they have added bits into the job description which were not in the paperwork sent to me or discussed at the 1st interview
The post is for a volunteer services co-ordinator based on 15hr a week which is ideal for me,but now they want to add into this fund raiser too! how on earth can someone effectively co-ordinate 30 current volunteers,recruit new volunteers via advertising and giving formal presentations,attend all training sessions as required and train the potential volunteers PLUS be chief fundraiser for the place? in just 15hrs a week and no overtime allowance?
Some companies want blood and blue blood at that!
phew now I feel better,next interview,different job,is on Monday so fingers crossed that one will be more what I am applying for!
