Bitch owners do the searching for suitable males...not the other way round.
If your male is of suitable quality and has passed all relavent health tests bitch owners will find you.
As JG says ...read the first post on the breeding board...and BTW ...your dog DOES NOT NEED.....you want...big difference.

You need to get your dog to places where bitch owners are likely to see him. This really means with a Golden, Shows, Field Trials or Gundog Working Tests. These are the sort of places where breeders are likely to be and can be looked on pretty well as your "Shop Window"
