Does anyone know where I could get a west highland terrier from to give a lovely rural home in south east england?? I dont want a puppy or to get one from breeders a rescue is prefered please help

Hi, Mags Evans is the "official" Westie Pescue person: 0161 794 8521. She has co-ordinators all over the uk. Well done for wanting to rescue a Westie, but please be aware that some may have health problems/need housetraining.

Kate - I don't know if you work at all but I understand that westie rescue will not rehome with people who work. Just so as you are aware.

Personally I find this quite amazing as I have westie with skin problems and if I didn't work part-time I would never be able to afford the vets bills!! Currently at approx. £750.
