Okay showing my ignorance here.  I know what normal creamy coloured tripe is but what is green tripe?

They love it even more if it is unwashed and looks really manky.  Years ago, used to buy whole tripes and have to cut them up - they had half-digested grass in them - dogs adored them.

Abbatoirs - you need to jump though hoops with DEFRA to get a licence first though but it is possible as I did it so I could get it to feed my lot
