We have ten day old pumps and one of them has developed a cough, what should we do, apart from taking them to the Vet??

Follow your vet's instructions.  We cannot have any idea why your pup is coughing - infection, regurgitation, dust, congenital problem so it is best to contact your vet.  I would find a cardboard box, put a warm hot water bottle in the bottom and cover well with towels, then wrap the pup in a towel so it does not get chilled to use to transport pup.

Could be worms. Did you worm your bitch before she was mated or during her pregnancy?

Anyway Kerioak is right, get pup to vets - IMO I wouldnt wait and see, espesially 10 day old pup.
