My working line lab gets very frustrated as he can hear the bangs but cannot see what is happening. He thinks he should be out there with the noise, and instead of cowering as I know some dogs do, he is ready for the off.

One of my girls is petrified of fireworks, this is the third night on the trot that we've had to turn radios up etc. problems then is we have to shut windows, so she gets hot, panting, pacing, whimpering...........I hate fireworks!!  I've tried the DAP diffusers, Bachs rescue remedy nothing seems to help at all.  :-(

My two are petrified... my youngest wont eat drink or even go out to go to the toilet. Its amazinghow mant phone calls ive heard at work regarding fire works (i work in a vet)  The most upsetting was today, ask for us to dispose of her 2 year olds body. He had escaped through fright due to fireworks and tried to jump a fence and ended up hanging himself.
I hear many many upsetting calls and you would think would kind of get used to it BUT thisone had me in tears... No need :(
Rest in peace little one x
