Why don't you get in touch with his breeder Penny Carpanini?  Do a google search, you may strike lucky.

If you type in Caprenny Anchorman into the google search engine you will get info including pedigree.

Yes he's a fabulous boy, yellow, born feb 2000, with 2CC, 5 RCC  and 2 BOB to his name, his mother is a beautiful bitch, behind many good show Labs.
But what do you want to know? as has been said why not contact his owner, she's a nice lady and I am sure she would be more than pleased to talk about him  :)
