Some of you may remember the problem I had with my 2 year old elkie....I had thought of taking him out of the ring after he decided he hated showing..
He was fine until Crufts this year(consistantly placed in the first 2) when he played up and refused to move(at all) for my daughter and she ended up in tears.I then took over showing him and he showed like a bag of spuds!
Well Kimmi took over showing him again at Driffield and then today at Mid counties. He showed like a dream at Driffield for her but was unplaced....later I had several people comment that he should have 'walked' the class.
Today she won Post grad with him and he looked like the dog he was a year ago! I'm so pleased with both of them....Kimmi was confident and did brilliantly and Kas deserved his place in a good size class....even if I am bias.
So the problem was obviously ME....so I'll stay on the side lines from now on and let the expert do the work!LOL.

I remember that...so pleased your daughter is a genius in the showring :) I may try my hadn at showing Sal again maybe she will take to it differently now she's older.
