We have two standard poodles and like to take them away on hols with us. The younger one who is now 16 months old is car sick . She starts to drool as soon as she knows she is going in the car . Has anyone any ideas for a natural approach to helpng her .The longest she is in the car for is four hours with stops

Flossy, as you are a registered member, this should have been posted in the health forum rather than in Visitors questions ;)

Put the words CAR SICK into the search facility here on the site and see if it comes up with any answers for you :)

We had the same problem with our 2 vizslas when they were younger, Kayla especially used to drool excessively so my mam had to use a full roll of kitchen roll everytime we drove anywhere. Anyway I found this on the web and it worked, she was 'cured' within a week and a half and now she can't wait to get in the car to find out which exciting place we are going to next!
