Try feeding her boiled rice & fish/chicken for a few days until her motions are normal & then gradually introduce the food of your choice over say a week or two.

One of my Cavaliers gets so wound up when he knows we are going to a show(he starts as soon as he gets a full bath & I pack the car(I leave most of the show stuff in the car now-saves me from having to lug everything in & out)that he has the runs, I now feed him chicken/fish  & rice for the two days before a show & he has been 100 % ok

Did you change her food over gradually?  and are you sticking to the correct amount, too much too soon too rich can cause problems in the toilet dept.
