I am interested in finding out information in this breed of dog.  The only thing is I can only find American Staffordshire Terriers, or information on them alone.  I recently was introduced to the European breed and was told that they are a good family dog especially if you have small children. They are very protective (since that is what they were bred for) and love the country (which is where we are moving to).  I was wondering if anyone knew of some breeders or where I could find this type of breed of dog here in the United States.

I would appreciate any information on this!

Do you mean the UK registered Staffordshire Bull Terrier?
