I have just clicked on the website, but I would point out that this is an American site, and could cause confusion to UK readers.

In the UK, all women over the age of 50 are invited to attend a breast screening unit every 3 years - free of charge.    Your doctor will send your details through to the local breast screening unit, and the appointment will come up automatically - you may have the first mammogram in the year that you will be 50 - and this continues, at the moment, up to the age of 64, although it is intended to continue the automatic screening up to age 70 within the next year (in our area at least).
