i have recently brought a staff pup as we went to look at some pups and fell in love with 1 it was a bit expencive with no papers for it but the mother and father did have papers but the person we brought him off said he could be bothered with sorting out papers he just wanted to get rid of the puppies as they were not planned and was in his way. I have since herd that you can get pedigree papers for your dog with out the breeder giving them to you and was wondering if any body knew if this was true and if it was how to go about getting them as on our pups insurance they will not pay the full price we payed with out the papers if there was a accident we would get half the price we payed for our pup. Any info would be appreciated. thanks mick
did you actually see the parents papers as proof though ? just seems a bit dodgy  The excuse hes given may be true but i would be surprised to see a genuine breeder that doesnt want to bothered registering the pups
