one of our dogs has lost the hair around her eyes and the eye rims have gone veriy pale this has happend over a few months i am wondering what could have caused it an how it can be made better  if at all posible

How old is she? Sounds like demodec?

My dog has this too !!! - he was tested negative for demodic mange and my vet is at a loss to know what it is - let me know if you come up with any suggestions of acure  :-)

I have been using an Aloe Vera preparation on my boy ( it's called Aloepropolis ) and IT'S WORKING !!! - his bald bits are clearing up and his face looks much better - thought I'd pass the info on to you - good luck :-D

Hi try giving some zinc in the diet some foods dont contain enough and the classic symptom is hair loss round eyes

oh so what would you think is the best for of getting zinc into her diet and does it cost alot

You can get zinc capsules frim the vet or health shop you pull the capsule apart and sprinkle the powder on the food thats what I have done in the past  with success. its very inexpensive
