i have a 1 year old? bitch who has been caught by a staffi dog i know nothing about dog's been pregnant or giving birth can somone give me any information or help please

Get her to the vet and have it terminated, or have her spayed!  1 year old in my opinion is too young to have a litter,  she can have the morning after injection up to 45 days after, how far gone is she??
