
I'm not a big eater at all myself, I eat 3 small meals a day :D However, on the subject of weight, my OH has to lose weight but finds dieting difficult. He has normal 3 meals a day but I've started serving them up on small plates instead of normal sized ones. He eats what he would normally eat but less of it.
Here's the good bit, he has lost 10lb in 3 weeks without really trying and he says he doesn't feel hungry. Still got a long way to go but it's a good start.
