I hope you mean that you want either a Chihuahua OR a Maltese? There is not such thing as a Toy Chihuahua. If you mean you want a Chi/Matese X, there are plenty of rescue centres around the area which should have something similar as no reputable breeder will deliberately breed such a cross. If it's either a Chi or a Maltese you want, contact the breed clubs for names of reputable breeders although you may have to be prepared to wait as neither breed is numerically strong.
