what price should I be paying for a sibe? some have advertised between £600 and £875? What is a good price?

The Siberian Husky Club suggests that £500 - £600 is a standard price and no colours or markings warrant a higher price :)

I would also add to that, that it is probably best to avoid those that advertise in local papers, magazines etc.  Many of these can be puppy farmers etc.

A good place to start is on the links section and members section of the two husky breed clubs

Rally season is about to start so that is also a good opportunity to meet reputable breeders.  One of the first rallies will be held at Kings Forest, THetford, 23rd/24th October.  Check out

www.snopeak.co.uk for a list of rally dates.

Champ shows are also another good source of reputable people.  It will also give you the chance to see some of the varying "types" of huskies out there.

Hope this has helped
