Just wondering what gains a stud book number?

Hi Lel it depends on the breed in yours Staffies its  Challenge Certificates, Reserve Challenge Certificates and Junior Warrants also 1st 2nd or 3rd in limit or open classes at Champ shows.HTH

Whereas in anumerically small breed like mine apart from CCs, RCCs and JW etc you onl;y get a stud book number for 1st and 2nd in Open class at Championship shows where CCs are on offer for the breed.

I'm really happy as my B/W E.S.S. gained a stud book number at the beginning of the month.  She got it as she managed to complete her Junior Warrant.  This is the first time we have ever got a Junior Warrant, we have been showing for over 20 years.
