my staffy is late in season it has been 7mths since her last one can anyone tell me why as i want to breed her

How long does she usually go between seasons? If you are thinking about mating her she will be coming up to her fourth season, so you should have worked out her individual cycle. My own bitches generally go about 8 months between seasons ...

It's not unusual for a bitch to go 7 months guest. :)
If she is usually regular & has a 6 mth cycle - then I'd guess she'll be in season fairly soon.

Welcome to the club!!!  My bitch normally goes 27-28 weeks from start of one season to start of next.  she had a litter at the4 begginning of September last year, and went 34 weeks from that season, so was in season mid February.  she has now gone another 34 weeks sonce then, and I'm getting through a lot of white tissue!!!  Have the people on my waiting list wondering what is happeneing and nothing to report :(
