Hope no ones eating their tea but I'd like to know if a male dog ejaculates before he as entered the female, through inexperience or over eagerness or whatever, how long is it before he is ready again to mate. I have been told two hours, is this right?

I have had this happen to a dog mating a bitch of mine when he tried to turn too quickly, and she wasn't quite ready, payload all over grass. I beleive a couple of hours would be fine, but like people it would vary on his age and virility. He pratted around after that, so he went home. Two days later he mated her within a minute, and a litter of 9 was the result!
