rosie is 11 months old she started her first season end of july,  she was kept well away from dogs at all times , in the last couple of weeks her bottom couple of teats are hanging a bit, and her private bits when they swelled up when she came into season have never gone back to how they were is this right???
rosie is a westie

Her vulva will never go back to its puppy size, but she will in all likelihood have a phantom pregnancy to a certain degree (it's absolutely normal in entire bitches). Keep her active and don't let her start brooding toys etc.

thank you, i was beginning to panic, thinking her teats would only go like that if she was pregnant, she has got very clingy recently is this due to that too ???

If you are sure no other dog could have got to her, then she is having a normal phantom pregnancy.  If a bitch has a normal season and ovulates, then it is quite normal to have a phantom to some degree (this is the variable part - some make a real meal of it, while some just have a little swelling of the teats which is hardly noticeable).  After the first season, the vulva always looks slightly different (the hairs that a puppy have hanging from it disappear for one thing).  If she was pregnant, the vulva would have got quite a bit bigger and floppier by now.

her vulva is quite big and noticeable, but rosie has never been out of my site for a dog to get to her, should i check with the vets ????

If you are ABSOLUTELY, DEFINITELY, POSITIVELY sure no dog got near her, then she can't be pregnant!
