Topic Other Boards / Foo / Names for a hamster - any ideas
- By sugar [gb] Date 05.10.04 17:38 UTC
Have just bought another little hamster , a little girl who is white and very light brown with a hint of fawn mixed in. But we've had her a whole day and night and are still stuck on what to call her. ( We already have Sugar and Ringo ) So far we've come up with;

Jasmine ( Jazz )  - hmmm , like it but doesn't really suit her
Cammi - ( short for Cammacarzie(?) )- due to death defying climbing , hanging
                                                   and falling exploits!!!
Polly  - Boyfriend says " bit too girly "
Flora  -     * Ditto *

Any ideas please?

smartie

honey

our two hamsters were honey, because she was honey coloured and biscuit because she was biscuit coloured :D

A friend of mine had a hamster and she named it after my puppy that had to be put to sleep, Fergus

We've had a few hamsters over the years (pre-Oscar) and their names were:
Butterscotch
Bumble
Nonalds - named by 3 yr old
Strawberry-Posie

I love the name Thornton!

Thank you everyone for all your suggestions - we liked a lot of them but Biscuit really suited her so we've decided to call her this! Although I think the next one will have to be called Thornton as that's a fantastic name.
At the moment she sending Ringo bonkers - and at night both seem to compete as to who can make the most noise on their wheels. ( still going at 2.50am today )
Thanks again to all !!!
