Our year old retriever puppy has started to bite our hands and arms, we stopped her doing it as a pup, but she has started doing it again now when she gets excited, any help?

I'm sure someone will be along soon with suggestions of how to cure it, but in the meantime, prevent it happening by keeping her calm and not letting her get over-excited.
