My ckcs is 12 months old and I've stuck to my guns and fed her one type of food since we got her at 8 weeks.  She has never been interested in it and never empties her bowl.  Sometimes she will go two days without eating even a quarter of what she should have (according to the packet). Its Bakers dried stuff.  I've recently tried wet food to see if that will tempt her and she wouldn't go near that.  I've just bought some Iams and she doesn't like that either.  What do you all feed your CKCS on.  I can't seem to find anything she likes.  She is about 8kgs, so not underweight.  She has about 4 markies biscuits a day when I go out.

I feed mine a complete food with a packed of nature diet shared between them over 2 days ( so just a spoonful each) my advice is if your happy with what you are feeding stick to it ...sounds like she is just having a fad time with her food and chopping and changing will just make her more fussy .....at 8kg at 12mths it wouldn't hurt if she lost a few pounds so I wouldn't worry to much ....I'm not saying she is over weight  but at 20lb ish!!! she is at the heavier end of the breed standard and is still growing ......why don't you join guest then you can keep us up to date with how things are going :)
