Does anyone know of a Pet Sitter in the Lanarkshire area in Scotland?  I've just picked up my dogs and cats from kennels/cattery and my youngest dog didn't take to well to kennel life, so won't be putting him back in again.  Ideally I would like to find out what is involved with Pet Sitters to see if this would be more suitable for him.

Hi Briela, I'm in Lockerbie. I used Animal Aunts for the 1st time recently. They come into your home to look after your pets and stay with the routine your animals are used to. They are on contract and are not allowed to leave the home for more than 2 hours per day and 1hour after dark. They will keep up the training of your pet as well if need be. They are quite expensive though (£235.00 for 4 days plus food) this was for 4 dogs and definately worth it. I used them because I had one bitch expecting and did not want her stressed by placing her in kennels. My dogs were very happy with the sitters and my house was cleaner than I left it. :)  www.animalaunts.co.uk
