Has anyone heard that if you drink grapefruit juice 3 times a day you can loose up to 10lbs??????????
Thinking of giving it a go, only thing is, I dont like grape fruit!!!!!!!!!!!!! (well, I didnt loast time I tried it probably about 10 years ago!!!!!!)

I drink at least 4 litres of water a day, because it fills you up and is meant to supress your hunger, only problem is, I'm constantly needing the loo!  But, it has definitely helped curb my appetite and my skin is the best its ever been :)

Your are meant to eat a grapefruit before every meal. They tested people who ate normally and people who ate a grapefruit before every meal and the people on the grapefruit diet lost more weight than the others. But you have to eat sensible as well.

Careful folks,
For those of you who suffer with Migraines, grapefruit can be a major trigger (along with other citrus)  I speak from personal experience, only had one or two since giving up grapefruit and oranges (I adore both :( ) 7 years ago.

I'm also fatter now than 7 years ago - Is that PROOF it works??? :D
