Boston show on the 12th December is a Premier show, we have been told that you can qualify for Crufts by winning your class's, can someone tell me what wins you have to take to get the qualifier.
Hi you don't qualify by winning your class unless you go on to win best of breed as well, there needs to be 5 classes schedualed for breeds in stud book band E and 3 classes for other breeds HTH Gillian
If you win BOB with 4 or more classes scheduled for you breed, unless band E where its 5 or more classes. In other words all judges should be at least on the judging B list.
If you do a search on this site you will get alot more definitions all meaning the same thing if you don't understand how I have explain it!!! ;)

Ice Queen is correct, we are holding a Premier Open show for the Hound Group at the beginning of November and we have one E band breed that can't have the qualification certificate because although they have enough classes a C judge was contracted long before we were awarded premier status and it is not our style to chuck out a contratcted judge through no fault of their own. We would like to use only B judges but do try to give one C judge a chance at each show as it is not easy for C judges to get their hands on enough dogs/hounds anyway because exhibitors in the breeds are reluctant to enter under C list judges and some breed clubs demarned a large number of dogs/hounds judged, before the judge can move up.
