9 yr old Male Jack Russell X collie Mix. He is aggressive towards other dogs! especially other Male dogs, Not so bad with some bitches but not all of them! He is aggressive towards other dogs when they dont even come close to him!
He is Very Very Aggressive towards West Highland White Terriers Male or female!
Would he be better if Castrated?

He is Ok with very few Castrated Male dogs and he is ok with very few small bitches! He hates dogs bigger than him! He is a Dominant dog!!

Have you had him long or not? If he has been doing this for al of his 9 years it may be harder to solve, however sometimes checking out owner's body language etc can help. I would suggest you contact a local trainer (try www.apdt.co.uk) or a behaviourist (try www.apbc.org.uk or www.ukrcb.co.uk)
