Aggression is a complex subject and you first need to understand the reason behind the type of aggression that your dog is demonstrating.
Could be pain related, resource related, fear related etc etc etc
Once this is identified then behavioural modification, diet manipulation, medication etc may be indicated; generally speaking diet manipulation alone is rarely the answer.
If you are feeding raw you are eliminating some of the known and unknown triggers of aggression.
Ie you are eliminateing colourings, artificial preservatives, emulsifiers, humectants, and some ingredients that can bind/make other nutrients unavailable to the dog or interfere with uptake in another way eg maize heavy diets being tryptophan deficient.
I have never known a raw fed dog's behaviour to get worse but I have know those who have stayed the same and/or improved.
Not sure if that helps.
I too have a dog that is aggressive to people who visit the house if he does not know them. He is extremely protective of the house and no stranger can ever be allowed in unless he is locked in the kitchen. I mean the dog is locked in the kitchen, not the stranger! I fed a dried complete diet for many years until two years ago when I changed him to barf. However, his behaviour is exactly the same as before, so in my case it has made no difference.

WHich exactly illustrates my point; diet alone is not enough it needs to be incorporated into an overall behavioural modification programme.
