hi you guys, my brother  ran avast anti virus software to remove a trojan and someother virus which infected his computer via a very plausible e mail attatchment with his name on it. it says it's removed the virus but obviously it hasn't totally or the computer has been damaged as it's soooo slow and crashes almost immediately.....please help......any advice on the next step....

If you have the name of the trojan horse, have a look at Symantec It should gove detailed instructions on how to remove it fully :)
