If you are in the UK you will not be able to have your puppies ears "cropped"to make them erect. If you are elsewhere in the world the operation may be legal

The boxer ear carriage which you are describing is when the Boxer's ears have been cropped.
This is a surgical procedure which is performed by vets.
This practise is illegal in the UK.
So unless you import a dog you will not be able to get a Boxer with 'pointy' (cropped) ears.

The erect ears of overseas boxers is achieved by cropping, a preocedure which has been illegal in the UK for over a century. In this country (and most of Europe now) you will only get a boxer with natural ears.
