Topic Dog Boards / Breeding / Seasons and power lines
- By Jeff (Moderator) Date 14.09.04 20:17 UTC
Hello all,
A friend of mine has moved to near National Grid power lines ( 100' ) and since then has noticed her bitches seasons becoming less regular or stopping.
Obviously this is worrying but I just wondered if anyone could shed any light on this or had any data, anecdotal or scientific.
Thanks

My mum's Pom's have not had proper seasons now for about 3 years and we live nowhere near power lines etc.  We have two fairly young ones just under two who haven't had a season and they are from different lines !

It is a fact that there is a higher incidence of lukemia type cancers near to power lines and substations.
The electromagnetic effect of this power does affect the body...

i had an american cocker bitch who came in season novenber 02 and never came it again until 5 days ago but it could be something to do with the power lines as well...........
