Is anybody having problems ordering ND direct from them at all ?

I have mailed them four times now and no reply. There are normally very quick to get back to me ?

Hi I e-mailed them on Sunday evening and got a reply Monday. I sent my message to info@naturediet.co.uk and got my reply from amelie.nicholas@naturediet.co.uk

I have mailed and phoned and have had no response. The telephone message said that they were busy but to leave my tel and they would get back to me within 15 mins, nothing yet and that was 3 hours ago !

Amelie is normally very quick in responding ?

Would someone mind PMing me the price of the Adult original and the Puppy if I were to buy it direct from Naturediet - I emailed them a little while ago but didn't get a response. Currently i'm paying 63p for Adult and 69p for Puppy.

Hi Ice, I get mine from Berriewood and it depends on how much you buy at a time.  If I spend over £100 (not difficult!) the Original is £6.46 + Vat for 18 (42p each) and the Puppy is £6.71 + Vat for 18 (44p each).  The prices get slightly more expensive when you spend less.I remember ND was a bit more expensive but not sure how much you had to buy.  Berriewood has free delivery like ND too. .

To buy direct from nature diet it is £13.55 for 1 case(18 in a case) adult, and £13.85 for a case of puppy.

I get it cheaper from my local petshop - £9 for 18 :)

Thats great value. I can not find it local so have to travel.
From naturediet direct it works like this, the more you buy the more you save.
1 case £13.55
2 cases £10.35 each
3 cases £9.20 each
4-9 cases £9.00 each
10 plus cases £8.85 each

which part of the country are you in ?  I know places like pets at home sell it but I dont know how much for.

Pets at Home sell it for around £11.00 - my local animal feed store sells a case at £9.00 and will order it in for me - I get through loads having 6 largish dogs but reckon it works out cheaper than the James Wellbeloved did and the dogs are doing great on it !

What I like about Berriewood (apart from them being cheaper), was that I could buy cat food etc from them too, they do loads of stuff!

That's right they don't have a website and there is no email addy in the catalogue, but they always answer the phone and as long as you order before 2pm they will deliver next day if they are in your area.  01787 238003.  If you need to know if they stock something else you buy I'll be happy to look in my catalogue for you...

Well I rang nature diet on tuesday afternoon, and they answered the phone straight away, they were very helpful, and my order was delivered on thursday, so a super service.

I'm impressed with Berriewood - I phoned up late Thurday afternoon requesting a catalogue and it arrived in the post the next morning :) They deliver in my area on Tuesday's so i'll place an order Monday morning and see how things go :)
