I'm afraid King Charles spaniels (a very uncommon breed, unlike the more familiar Cavalier King Charles spaniel) don't actually come in black-and-white. The accepted colours are black-and-tan, tricolour, blenheim (chestnut-red and white) or ruby (solid chestnut-red).
