My daughter, who lives in Surrey, having grown up with a rough collie in the home, would now like to buy a puppy for her own family. We had over the years three wonderful collies, and would like if possible to find a puppy with the same strain in their background.  Names which appear in their pedigrees are Dunsinane, Jefsfire, and Ladypark.

I would be grateful to hear of any breeders within a reasonable distance of either Sutton, in Surrey, or even in Leicester where I live, who have dogs with these names in their pedigrees.

Have you contacted the breeders of your own dogs, even if they no longer breed they may know who is continuing with their lines.  You may be surprised and find your last dogs breeder still breeding from his mothers/sisters line.

Hi this is the main kennel that comes to mind as having Jefsfire breeding still well up in their lines. However I dont know wheather they will have anything available but I would contact them and ask if they could help in your search HTH Gillian
