Travelled 2 hours for Asa and Frankie and 4 for Kasper...but would be willing to travel anywhere in the UK for the right pup from the right breeder...whats a few miles when you've got maybe a quater of your life time with the puppy you bring home! Archer

The new owners of one of our puppies travelled to Essex from Aberdeen to collect her ....surprisingly enough now, her name is Abbie!!
Ferry from Isle of Man to Liverpool - drive to lake districk - overnight stay with breeder - back to heysham with two puppies - ferry back to Isle of Man - total 29 hours. Doing the same journey again next year for another puppy if all goes to plan!!
We travelled to Wolverhampton (about 6 hours) to visit the puppies at 6 weeks and then again 3 weeks later to finally pick her. I would have no hestitaion traveling this distance or more to get the puppy I wanted.
Of my current bunch the furthest was Mabel (coz we bred the rest) Newcastle to London and back (twice) by train. About 3 hours each trip. However, Sunny was the furthest for any dog I have bought - 7 hour flight to New York (and then back) to see her, then she flew in after she finished her Ch title, then Newcastle to Retford as often as possible to visit her in quarantine! woudl hate to add up the mileage.
In the UK the furthest pup wnet on a 12 hour journey up to Scotland :D Pup arrived rested, but new owners shattered!!! I have also had a pup exported to Australia and to Poland. First by plain, and other by stages by land.
I am travelling from Wisbech NR Kings Lynn , Norfolk down to heathrow over to Seattle, to pick up my new Tibetan Mastiff girl, then up to Vancouver to heathrow and back to Wisbech, I do not know how far it is but it will take 5 hours just to get from Seattle to Vancouver, as that is the nearest approved airport under the pet passport scheme that we can fly her back to. And a repeat journey again to pick up the next one.
we travelled 5 hours round trip to get our lad,but hes worth it. i would do the same for the right pup if i needed to distance isn't an issue really the pup is.lol
