I have 2 cavaliers, an 11 mth old bitch and a 9 mth old dog.  Both very clean and thoroughly housetrained.  Suddenly my little dog cocks his little leg and pees over my daughter's school bag in front of us all.  Any suggestions?

The bitch may be coming into season (or there is an in-season bitch nearby) and the dog is entering adolescence and is feeling his hormones. It's normal, but annoying!

Has it started since your daughter started school?  It may be a reaction to the change in routine. Think the first thing to do is train your daughter to hang her bag up ;)
