Hi - to be honest, unless you are used to having multiple dogs around anyway, two puppies at the same time is a very bad idea! I don't know if you have raised a puppy before, but it is very time-consuming work with just one (house-training, preventing chewing, general training etc) which is way more than doubled if you have two. You see, you have to do everything with each puppy separately, and then again together. Many people on this board have raised single pups and then two pups (whether by accident or design) and almost every single one would say "never again" to two similar aged pups.
You also have the problem of bonding. Two pups together will be far more attached to each other (their own species) than they will be to you (aliens, as far as they're concerned). So again, trying to train them will be much harder because you simply won't be as important to them as you should be. "Two's company, three's a crowd" - they're the company, and you're the crowd!
Your best bet is to get a pup, raise it and train it to the standard you want (it'll take a year or two) and then get the companion, who you can concentrate on and do the same good job.
