While working in Manchester, in a area I shall not name came across a small back yard in there was two Bull Mastiff bitches grosely overweight after  talking to one or two locals was informed that they are in the yard pemanatly and never exercised it is so sad they are a lovely breed. Informed the R.S.P.C.A. They can do nothing only try to educate. (These dogs are owned by an old lady.)
