I have a 4mth old staffy pup that I would like to take into the show ring.  Can anyone give us any info on classes in suffolk? Or any tips on how to show as I have been told that showing a staffy is completely different to the other breeds of dog?? Any help would be gratefully appreciated.  I am going to a show at Stanton on 18 sept to see how it is done but any advise now would be great.

Why dont you register as theres a few Staffy owners/showers on Champdogs- and its always nice to get advice from others :)

Staffys are shown head on rather than side on and they are walked (pretty briskly) up the mat rather than running with them as some breeds do. They also tend to just walk up and down the mat twice rather than in a triangle or a circle - although some Champ shows will ask you to walk in a triangle

You could try contacting some of these clubs and asking for the nearest ringcraft to you :)
