Please can someone help. I have a 6year old Shih Tzu Cloe and I have some one come to my flat and helps me with my every day jobs but at the moment Cloe can't seem to stop barking at this person. My helper just has to say someting and Cloe starts barking, we have tried to play with Cloe but she doesn't like it. Cloe is fine with all my other helpers just this one person.I hope that someone might be able to suggest somthing

Is this person Male? If so, maybe their voice is alot deeper than the other helpers and the dog is a bit scared?
Maybe get the person to come in with some treats, so they asociate them with goodies :)

This person is female and has blonde hair. Not sure if it might be because of my helpers hair colour as I think were we got Cloe her owner had blonde hair:).
We have tried giving her one of those chewing sticks and doesn't seemed bothered. Have looked at some research might it might a good idea to stick her in another room before this person comes in?

Can you get a tape recording of this persons voice, so you can play it quietly in the background, and see if she reacts to the voice? What about other blonde guests? Do you have the same problem with them?
