i have got a bit of a dilemma i can eather go to a grooming competition or the american cockier champ show they are both on the same day i would love to go to them both
the grooming competion because people keep telling me i should go and im stand a chance after eurogroom and i think i do as well as i have inproved so much and want to show the world what i can do

but

at the american i can show my dog and get the new year book thats the best ever and i really want a copy i would let someone else take ed to the show and show him but i dont no someone well enough to let them or they are not going at all i dont no who the judge is eather

i really need to sort this out i dont have a clue what to do its driving me mad

Can someone show the dog for you or at least get the year book and you go and show the rest of the world how to do the job ;) Think I would do the grooming you can show the dog next week and last week, ok I know it is not at 'the show' but if you feel confident in your grooming now I think you should do that. but this is the problem i dont really no anyone that would be going that could show him otherwise i would let them he would go with anyone but who i just cant think of anyone that would all votes on this count so keep posting !!!!!!

Hi Fiona,  while it is always a bit of a shame to miss a club Ch show, we can always post your year book to you,  or I could get Gilda or someone else in your area to collect one for you, so dont let that worry you.   If you are desperate to get your boy shown  am sure we can talk someone into handling for you, but how would he get to the show?  Where is the grooming comp?  I hate it when thses things clash - Northern Groomers this year is Darlington Weekend (I liked it much better when it was in March) so I cant go, and they are meant to have loads of treade stands from the USA which I would love to see, as well as some of the seminars.

i dont no who the judge is for the show so i dont no all the people i think of are judging somewere soon or are not going like i would take him to the house bathed of cause the nite before or somethimg the grooming comp is in i cant find the info i will keep looking its groomer of the year

send your mum to the club show with the dog and get a lift with someone to the grooming comp???  I sugguest that to you earlier and thought you will remeber it if its on here!!! just a suggestion, will talk to you later!

hI FIONA........If your mum would just take him i am sure there are enough of us that we could show him for you as long as he is happy to go with a stanger or it could ruin him when you go next time........what class would he be in?.............work on mum and let us know

mum still wants to go to the grooming comp with me i havent found the info for it yet as soon as i do i will tell you were the comp is he is happy to go with anyone his ears are ok at the min so he should move ok unlike east of england he would be in limit dog do you show yankies ????

Hi Fiona,  Do you know Anne-marie who does Junior Handling with a buff Bitch called Barbie?  If she is going (and I think they will be, but I can check) I am sure she would handle him for you, if he can get there, that is!  As she is only showing a bitch there would not be any conflict.  Or what about Amy?  have you asked her, of course, she will porbably be showing her boy, but you class would be before Micky.

Hi Fiona, she lives in my part of the World, up in the North East.  I am fairly sure they are going ot the show, and she is a good handler.  As she is only showing a bitch there will not be a conflict.
