Hi  not really sure as ive not had this happen to me, but i would try and wrap the puppy in a warm towel, or maybe try a hot water bottle beside it, is the puppy feeding ok. good luck

Only just reached this post - Elaine, try blowdrying the pup with a hairdrier, prevent the bitch from licking him while he feeds (if he can) then as someone else said, wrap him in a warm towel on top of a warm hot-water bottle if he still loses heat. Good luck.

I kept one of my last litter alive by carrying him about inside my bra  except when he was feeding and being cleaned by mum. Though I suppose it was easier coming from a large litter. Mum didn't miss him as much. He survived and was at Crufts this year.

i heard the keeping these little mites in a bra or close to your body in some way helps too
it keeps them warm and they have a heart beat near them ,it worked for me to but with a little kitten not a puppie when his mum rejected him .
Aparently having someone close to them helps them not to give up
I really hope hes okay xxxxxxxx

Unfortunately wth Pom pups it's not easy as they can go downhill especially when cold.  Must admit we do the bra thing too!  Unfortunately they are an extremely heartbreaking breed.
