In what way unmotivated? What are you trying to get her to do?

she is unmotivated about everything ACEPT playing with other dogs or balls

Sounds common enough. If she likes balls, use a ball as her reward for doing what you want. That can be your training aid.

we did trie that but she got a bit board of the same routine

What exactly are you trying to get her to do? How often, and how long for? With my dogs at least, they get bored if I do the same thing too much. Variety is what helps keep their interest.

everything acept playing with other dog sand balls

havent met a lab thats not food motivated!!!!
do you use titbits when she is good? try high value treats like cooked liver & really make her work for it.
