I have staffy pup who is 15 weeks old and I would like to get her into the show ring.  Unfortunately she does not like being stood.  Can anyone offer advice on getting to stand.  I have only had her a couple of days but she doesnt like it, should I even bother?

pups arent dolls and dont like standing still - would you - its not exciting :)

Try to stand for very short periods - couple of seconds/minutes and have a word handy for pup so she will know what you want eventually.
Gradually build up the amount of time and treat afterwards or praise lots.

Find out where your local ringcraft is and see if you can get any tips there

It will come in time dont worry :)

Give her time to settle with you, then start taking her to ringcraft classes. Don't rush her.
